This policy explains what personal data McMel Consulting collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. McMel Consulting ("we", "us") is based in Finland.

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, company/organization (optional), and the message you write.

How it's used

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential project or engagement. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

How it's processed

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email address. We don't store form submissions in a database ourselves; messages live in our email inbox like any other email we receive.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relevant conversation or project, and delete or archive them when no longer needed.

Your rights
